I started going to this practice under Dr. Carle. He asked questions and was attentive. Since he sold the practice to Dr. Mercer, I feel it has become a churn and burn office. The ladies at the front desk are the absolute only reason I kept going back as long as I did. You go in and fill out a computer screen giving a basic description of your issues! Then go in and get an adjustment. When in the room with Dr. Mercer, he barely asks any questions to narrow down what is going on. I have fibromyalgia and my issues change almost daily, but I got the exact same adjustment every time I went in. To the point that I knew when to be in what position. I've been going to chiropractors for over 20yrs and grew up in the capital of chiropractics. The lack of interest in you actually feeling better is alarming. The front end cares more about you than the doctor! He also took all of the Bible decorating down and made it a boring generic office! It was nice going in and seeing the animals and different rooms with god's different creations!

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you had a positive experience with the front desk staff. That said, we respectfully disagree with several of your characterizations. Dr. Mercer strives to deliver high quality care for all of his patients, and we are very sorry that you feel like your experience did not reflect this. However, to say that he has "lack of interest in you feeling better," is simply not true. We are taken back by that statement and do not appreciate false information being posted about the office. As for the renovations of the office, that is something Dr. Carle initiated and supported. Our office decor may have been updated, but our core values do not change. We follow a high standard of care here at Mercer Family Chiropractic. Since the transition in ownership, our clinical approach has remained focused on delivering efficient, consistent, and results oriented care. While our systems and workflow may be more streamlined than what you were previously accustomed to, that is intentional and designed to serve patients effectively without unnecessary delays. We take patient feedback very seriously, but we also stand confidently behind the quality, integrity, and intent of the care we provide. I love going here for several reasons. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, and that means a lot to me. The care provided is wonderful. Every adjustment begins first with e-stim to my lower back and hip. I love receiving this and find it to be very relaxing. I think Dr. Mercer does a terrific job giving adjustments. I have seen significant results to my lumbar and sacral regions just after a few treatments. I seem to always feel uplifted and more energized after each treatment there.
