Mercer Family Chiropractor is definitely one of a kind. Just from the first phone call to make an appointment they were so kind and got me in right away due to the pain I was in and was so thankful! They truly care about their patients. The staff is professional, extremely kind and welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. Dr. Mercer is caring, friendly and takes the time to understand his patients needs and get a clear history of what’s going on to come up a plan to help you feeling better! Highly recommend!

I Havent been to a chiropractor for many years...I found Mercer because I was looking for someone who accepted Medicaid....I was so happy with the first experience...a wonderful christian caring environment...the staff did everything they could to work on a few challenges with my insurance and then I was finally seen by the doctor...I had a consultation..an xray ...some other treatment and then an adjustment....this was a wonderful and effective first visit..already the pain in my hip is 50% less than when I went...I am looking forward to continuing with a treatment plan and cant express enough how excellent..professional and faith filled this practice is....

I called about 12+ different offices to see one accepted my insurance. Finally, I came across Carle Chiropractic and thank HEAVENS they take it ! The availability for new patients was amazing. They could’ve gotten Me in that day, but I couldn’t. I went to my first appointment, and I could tell just by sitting in the waiting room that I was in the right place. The women at the front desk are super sweet, and easy to talk to. I knew I was in the right place by watching how they treat their other patients. The patients come in like they’re at home and laugh, and joke with the staff. They showed Me an introductory video about Dr. Ken Carle, and once it was finished my initial sit down with Doc started. He was very kind, educated, and easy to talk to, and You can tell he cares about His clients. The visit was about an hour long, and Dr. Carle adjusted my back and neck, and informed Me of the results of my Xrays. I can’t wait to get my body fixed ! I highly recommend this office, and I’ve only had ONE appointment. That should say something.
