This morning, I woke up with pain in my right shoulder . I’ve always known I needed to see a chiropractor, but like always, I put it off—until the pain hit. After seeing my brother post about this office on Instagram, I reached out around 9 a.m. the next morning. Vicki was so kind and respectful—she could hear me struggling with my little ones and still handled everything with patience and care. She quickly booked my appointment for 11:45 a.m. and even verified my insurance before I arrived. The office is very clean, and the prayer box was such a touching detail. They’re not just focused on getting you out of pain—they’re also willing to pray for you, and that speaks volumes. Brenda guided me through the paperwork, gave me a tour of the office, and was incredibly helpful the entire time. Dr. Mercer was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. If you’re wondering whether you should come to this office—do it. You won’t regret it.

Dr Carle is like your family friend that you go see. He wants to get you back to normal, weening you off and adjust only as needed. I love this because he doesn't want to keep you, he wants you to get better and stay that way. Vicki is the sweetest and will help you with all insurance needs, as well as Shelly. Crystal and Brenda are angels and make you feel like home. Massages are offered at the clinic as well; highly recommend!
