I started going to this practice under Dr. Carle. He asked questions and was attentive. Since he sold the practice to Dr. Mercer, I feel it has become a churn and burn office. The ladies at the front desk are the absolute only reason I kept going back as long as I did. You go in and fill out a computer screen giving a basic description of your issues! Then go in and get an adjustment. When in the room with Dr. Mercer, he barely asks any questions to narrow down what is going on. I have fibromyalgia and my issues change almost daily, but I got the exact same adjustment every time I went in. To the point that I knew when to be in what position. I've been going to chiropractors for over 20yrs and grew up in the capital of chiropractics. The lack of interest in you actually feeling better is alarming. The front end cares more about you than the doctor! He also took all of the Bible decorating down and made it a boring generic office! It was nice going in and seeing the animals and different rooms with god's different creations!

I Havent been to a chiropractor for many years...I found Mercer because I was looking for someone who accepted Medicaid....I was so happy with the first experience...a wonderful christian caring environment...the staff did everything they could to work on a few challenges with my insurance and then I was finally seen by the doctor...I had a consultation..an xray ...some other treatment and then an adjustment....this was a wonderful and effective first visit..already the pain in my hip is 50% less than when I went...I am looking forward to continuing with a treatment plan and cant express enough how excellent..professional and faith filled this practice is....

I love going here for several reasons. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, and that means a lot to me. The care provided is wonderful. Every adjustment begins first with e-stim to my lower back and hip. I love receiving this and find it to be very relaxing. I think Dr. Mercer does a terrific job giving adjustments. I have seen significant results to my lumbar and sacral regions just after a few treatments. I seem to always feel uplifted and more energized after each treatment there.

I called about 12+ different offices to see one accepted my insurance. Finally, I came across Carle Chiropractic and thank HEAVENS they take it ! The availability for new patients was amazing. They could’ve gotten Me in that day, but I couldn’t. I went to my first appointment, and I could tell just by sitting in the waiting room that I was in the right place. The women at the front desk are super sweet, and easy to talk to. I knew I was in the right place by watching how they treat their other patients. The patients come in like they’re at home and laugh, and joke with the staff. They showed Me an introductory video about Dr. Ken Carle, and once it was finished my initial sit down with Doc started. He was very kind, educated, and easy to talk to, and You can tell he cares about His clients. The visit was about an hour long, and Dr. Carle adjusted my back and neck, and informed Me of the results of my Xrays. I can’t wait to get my body fixed ! I highly recommend this office, and I’ve only had ONE appointment. That should say something.

About a year ago in the state of frustration, experiencing great pain in my back and complete numbness of the ring and pinkie finger of my left hand, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Kenneth Carle, as he had been recommended by several family members and friends. It was on a Tuesday and Carle Chiropractic Clinic does not schedule patients on this day of the week. However, being the compassionate and caring office they are, exception was made and Dr. Carle saw me immediately. The office staff made me feel like I was their most important focus each and every time I had a scheduled office visit this past year and I actually looked forward to each appointment. Dr. Carle's counsel and adjustments have resulted in complete relief from my back pain and feeling is completely restored in the last two fingers of my left hand.
